I have found it really helpful to keep an English journal with me everywhere I go so that I can note down new word, phrases and sentences. I generally don’t review the journal daily but do it weekly for last 7 days.
Last time we had discussed about the listening and speaking habits to increase the vocabulary. It is a ongoing process which should never be stopped.
Everybody wants to have a good English vocabulary but no one puts the required efforts to increase their vocabulary. Now there are some wrong ways people use to increase vocabulary. For example, many people read few words from dictionary on daily basis or frequently. That is not a sure shot way to increase vocabulary because you will not be able to practically use the learned new words into your daily life.
It is a dream to be fluent and perfect in English language for every person who is not a native English speaker as learning English has become a necessity for whatever reason. It is especially a big problem for person like me who didn’t finish their early education in English Medium.
But as you know, everything is possible where there is a will. Before we begin our journey to success, I wish to let you know few prerequisites (stuff which should be known or understood first of all).
Learning English language is a fun activity for me now. But it wasn’t in the past as I used to fear a lot even to speak few words in English. 3 years Ago, I decided to improve my English both Writing and Speaking skills.
At this moment, I am far better at English than what I used to be.
I am starting a series of Postings for improving English. This series will include tips, ideas, interesting words, useful websites, articles and so on.

I wish to tell you two most important aspects of learning English language.
1. Read ! Read ! Read !
2. Listen ! Listen ! Listen !
What I wish to tell you is the more you read and listen, the more your vocabulary and knowledge of grammar will be.
